By booking a training course you are agreeing to accept the Terms and Conditions as outlined below.

Placing Orders for Products

By booking our training courses, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

● Errors in the description or prices for Products

● Errors in Your Order

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Full refunds will be given for courses cancelled in excess of 10 working days before course start date. Cancellations made 10 working days or less in advance will incur the full course fee. No refund will be made to delegates who fail to attend classes or who do not complete the course.

Transferring courses/ Change of Date

Course transfer or change of date requires that notification by phone or e-mail is received by Tara Learning more than 5 working days prior to the course commencement date.

Tara Learning reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any course at any time. In the unlikely event of cancellation, fees will be refunded. Tara Learning also reserves the right to re-schedule the start dates of all courses.

The topics covered during the courses will be as close as possible to those stated on the website. However, if we are obliged to make any minor changes to your courses, we reserve the right to do so and will inform you as soon as possible.

Payments

Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, or online payment methods (Stripe, for example). Cash payments are not acceptable

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.

Full payment is due before the start of a course. Only full payment secures a place on the course. We reserve the right to refuse enrolment on any of the courses we offer.

Intellectual Property

All copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to the course materials are either owned by or licensed to us. Copying, adaptation or any other use of all or any part of the course materials without our express permission is strictly prohibited.

Use of Material on the Website

You may download and print extracts from the material and make copies of these for Your own personal and non-commercial use only. You are not allowed to download or print the material, or extracts from it, in a systematic or regular manner or otherwise so as to create a database in electronic or paper form comprising all or part of the material appearing on the Site. We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If You wish to terminate Your Account, You may simply discontinue using the Service.

Limitation of Liability
