Every year we receive lots of feedback from satisfied students. Below are samples of some of the great feedback we received on our programme "Skills for Remote Workers". The feedback helps us to improve our courses and to guarantee the best learning outcomes.
It is generally accepted that remote workers are expected to work autonomously, use time efficiently, adapt to change and focus on their Professional Development. To support workers handling these challenges, we have created a training program to develop the skillset required of candidates wishing to work remotely.
The aim of the programme was to equip learners with the digital skills, self-awareness, experience, and remote techniques needed to work effectively and visibly in a remote team environment. The course also provided each participant with an individual Mentor/Trainer to support the learning journey.
